The Inspiration

This series started as a small act of hope during the pandemic.

Back then, getting a coffee from one of our locals in Dalston was the highlight of the day. It wasn’t just about the caffeine - it was about a moment of normality, a sense of connection, and something to look forward to when everything else had stopped.

It made me realise - coffee isn’t just a drink. It’s a ritual. It’s part of how we live.

We meet friends for a coffee. We start our weekends with one. We grab a cup on the way to work or take a stroll with it in hand.

These moments are small, but they’re the fabric of our everyday lives.

And we all have that café we’re loyal to - the one that feels like part of our story.

That’s what inspired me to create these prints. To celebrate the local spots that fuel our day, our passions and our relationships.
